The following deaths have occurred:-
Anna Hutchinson (née Speer), ‘Big Bridge’, Moneymore
The death has occurred of Anna Hutchinson (née Speer), 11 August 2023, (peacefully) at Marina Care Home, Ballyronan, in her 91st year, formerly of ‘Big Bridge’, Moneymore, beloved wife of the late Stanley, much-loved mother of Rosemary, Diane and Brian and a loving mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. House private. Funeral service in Cookstown Methodist Church on Monday, 14th August at 1.00pm, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Air Ambulance N.I. c/o Steenson Funeral Services (Charities a/c), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown BT80 8PZ. Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all the family circle. At Home with the Lord.
Sarah Tierney, 65 Irish Green Street, Limavady
The death has taken place of Sarah Tierney, 11th August 2023, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital. Late of Weavers House Nursing Home Cookstown and 65 Irish Green Street, Limavady. Beloved daughter of the late Patrick and Sarah R.I.P. Dear sister the late John, Thomas, Mary (Higgins) Patrick, Jim, Frances, Gerard, Eileen, Brigid, Kathleen, and Bernard. R.I.P. Deeply regretted by her sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nieces and grand-nephews and all the family circle. Funeral from her niece Monica Eakin's home, 119 Ballyquin Road, Limavady on Monday at 9.20am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am in St Mary’s Church, Limavady followed by interment in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please donations in lieu to St Vincent de Paul Society c/o Parish Office, 115 Irish Green Street, Limavady BT49 9AB. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
