The following deaths have occurred:-
Kathleen Doherty (née Donnelly), 29 Eastway Gardens, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Kathleen Doherty (née Donnelly), (peacefully) at her home, on Saturday, 21st January 2023, late of 29 Eastway Gardens. Beloved wife of the late Jack, devoted mother of Majella, Angela, Joyce, Anna, John, Catherine, Pauline and Una. Cherished nanny to all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loving daughter of the late Sammy and Kathleen. A much loved sister of Thomas and all of her late brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted by all of her sons and daughters-in-law and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Kathleen's remains will be reposing at her late family residence, 29 Eastway Gardens. Funeral leaving from there on Monday, 23rd January 2023 at 09.20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Creggan. Burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sarah Margaret (Peggy) Lennox, 17 Lowertown Road, Aughagaskin, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of Sarah Margaret (Peggy) Lennox, 21st January 2023 , (suddenly) at her home, 17 Lowertown Road, Aughagaskin, Magherafelt, dearly loved daughter of the late David and Sarah, dear sister of the late Stewart, loving sister in-law of Sheila and a much loved aunt of Sylvia and Gwyneth and their families. House strictly private. Funeral arrangements later. Lovingly remembered by her family circle, neighbours and friends. The Lord is my Shepherd.
John (Jack) Moffat, 4 Society Court, Coleraine.
The death has taken place of John (Jack) Moffat, 20th January 2023, (peacefully at Robinson Hospital, Ballymoney), late of 4 Society Court, Coleraine. Dearly loved father of Melody, John, Shannon and the late Brian, father-in-law of Malcolm, Megan and Terry, devoted grandad of Jamie, Michaela, Ross, Courtney, Connor, Matthew, Marissa, Caitlyn, Scott and Jody, dear brother of Raymond and husband of Doris. Funeral Service in Wades Funeral Home, Coleraine on Monday at 11.00am followed by interment in Ringsend Presbyterian Burying Ground. Family flowers only please.
