Moira Bonner (née McGinley), 47 Dove Gardens, Derry
The death has taken place of Moira Bonner (née McGinley), June 6 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Loving mother or Liam, Siobhan and Gerry. Much loved grandmother of Colleen, Jodie, Harry, Mason and Ellie-Mae. Mother in law of Steph and Louise. Beloved daughter of the late Sadie and Gerry. Much loved sister of Margaret and Dominica. Moira will be reposing at her family home, 47 Dove Gardens. Funeral from there on Monday at 12.30pm to St Columba's church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 1.00pm. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm until 10.00am. Funeral Mass can be viewed on the following link: https://longtowerchurch.org/ webcam/. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her family and everyone that knew her. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Knock pray for her.
Bridget Guy (née O’Neill), 62 Mitchell Park, Dungiven
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Bridget Guy (née O’Neill), peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 7 2025. May she rest in peace. Late of 62 Mitchell Park, Dungiven, Co Derry. Wife of the late Ernie R.I.P and much loved partner of Joe. Loving mother of Tanya, Catrina (Owen), Lee and Andrea (Mark).
Devoted grandmother of Jamie, Eva, Erin, Emma, Oran, Chloe, Sophia, Rhys, Katie Rose and great grandmother of Arianna and Darragh. Daughter of the late Joseph and Rosaleen R.I.P and dear sister of Margaret and the late baby Rosaleen-Ann R.I.P. Sister in law of Tony (Farren). Very deeply regretted by her nieces and nephews and the entire family circle. Reposing at her late home. Family home strictly private as per Bridget’s wishes. Funeral will take place on Monday, June 9 leaving her late home at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
