Obituaries
The following deaths have occurred:-
Dharam Vir Chada, 1 Cedar Avenue, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of Dharam Vir Chada, 11th June 2023, late of 1 Cedar Avenue, beloved husband of Santosh Kumari and loving father of Nira Kumari and Naresh Kumar, son of the late Chanan Mal and Reej Kaur and brother of the late Sewa Ram, Raksha and Kanta. Dharam’s remains are reposing in McCusker Bros Funeral Home Garden Street Magherafelt, viewing on Saturday and Sunday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, 19th June at 3.00pm in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, son, daughter, son in law Hans Raj, daughter in law Charu and grandchildren Roshni, Deepa, Amrit, Milan, Sachin, Paul, Andy and Han, great granddaughters Valentina, Callista and Nina and all nephews, nieces and our extended family circle. John Henry (Harry) Clements, Tyler Park, Limavady
The death has occurred of John Henry (Harry) Clements, (peacefully) passed away at Cornfield Care Centre on 14th June 2023, formerly of Tyler Park, Limavady. Devoted and dearly loved husband of the late Hilda. Much loved brother of Desmond and Sam. Dear Uncle of Ann, Barry, Michael , Roderigh, Niall, Karen, Mark and the late Edward. Funeral service will be held in Christ Church Limavady at 1.30pm on Friday, 16th June. Followed by burial at Innisrush Parish Church burial ground. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired and cheques payable to NI Hospice and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors, 21 Aghanloo Ind Est, Aghanloo Road, Limavady. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.
Francis Conlon, 6 Highfield Crescent, Magherafelt
The death has occurred of Francis Conlon, 13th June 2023, beloved husband of the late Eileen and loving father of Paul, son of the late Frank and Jane Conlon and dear brother of Mary, Ann, Alice, Lizzy, Barney, Malachy, Tommy and the late Patricia. Removal from his home, 6 Highfield Crescent on Friday, 16th June at 6.30pm arriving Church of Our Lady of the Assumption at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 17th June at 11.00am via webcam Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by his son, daughter in law Padraigin, grandson Cahir, brothers, sisters and extended family circle. Family time from 11.00pm to 10.00am The wake for Francis will commence at 1.00pm on Thursday, 15th June.
Margaret Donnell (née Connor), 11 De-Glin Park, Claudy
The death has occurred of Margaret Donnell (née Connor), (peacefully) passed away at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friend Lesley. Late of 11 De-Glin Park, Claudy. Devoted Mother of Tracy, Lesley, David, Ashlene, Keith, Nicola,
dear Mother in law of Ian and Michelle also a loving Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Also remembered by Davy. Funeral service in her late home on Friday at 2.15pm followed by burial in Uppercumber Cemetery Claudy, (Alla). Friends and family welcome at her late home from 10.00am to 10.00pm. William (Willie) Gillespie, 35 Virginia Court, Waterside, Derry
The death has taken place of William (Willie) Gillespie, 13th June 2023, (peacefully) at his home, 35 Virginia Court, Waterside, beloved husband of Bernie, loving father of Noella, Tony, Martin, Karen, Cathy and Paul, much loved grandfather of Rachel, Dearbháil, Ethan, Joshua, Caislín, Aine, Odhran and Cillian, son of the late Billy and Annie (formerly of Lecky Road) and dear brother of Tony, John, Michael, Leo, Bimbo, Ann and the late Mary, Rosie, Packy and Lily. Sadly missed by all his great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law. His remains will be reposing in his home. Funeral from there on Friday at 11.30am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Trench Road. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Agnes McCool (née Kealey), 77 Irish Green Street, Limavady
The death has taken place of Agnes McCool (née Kealey), 13th June 2023, (peacefully) at Rush Hall Care Home, Limavady, beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of the late John and Peter, much loved mother-in-law of Tracy, cherished grandmother of Aisling and Erin, daughter of the late Agnes and Patrick and dear sister of the late Alex, Packie, Jackie, James, Arthur, Dolly, Hannah, Betty and Mary. Funeral from her home, 77 Irish Green Street, Limavady on Friday at 9.35am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Limavady. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Dr. William (Bill), loved mother of Deirdre and Roger, mother-in-law of Lee and Kirsten, and grandma of Daniel, Ravi and Nancy. Funeral leaving her home on Friday, 16th June at 11.50am to Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Chantal Noble, 38 Laurel Road, Glack, Ballykelly
The death has occurred of Chantal Noble, 11th June 2023, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, beloved daughter of the late Robert and Avery, loving sister of Sarah-Ann, Lucinda, Ryan, Gary, Anouska and the late Robert junior and a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Her remains will be reposing in her home, 38 Laurel Road, Glack, Ballykelly. Funeral from there, on Friday at 9.25am for 10o'clock Requiem Mass in St Finlough's Church, Ballykelly. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. May she rest in peace. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
