The following deaths have occurred:-
Christy Devine, 33 Altaghoney Road, Claudy
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Christy Devine (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving family on 29th March 2023. May he rest in peace. Late of 33 Altaghoney Road, Claudy, Co Derry BT47 4JR. Beloved husband of Celine and loving father of Christina (Kieran Lagan), Thomasina (Eugene Mullan), Joanne (Sean McGurk) and Christopher (Jemma Conway). Devoted grandfather of Cara, Kirstin, Conlan, Daragh, Charlie, Kiaya and Bree. Loving son of the late John Pat and Biddy Jane (Doey) R.I.P and dear brother of Barney, Mary, Liz, Teresa and James. Deeply regretted by the entire family circle. Reposing at his late home. Wake will commence on Thursday (30th March) at 11.00am. Funeral on Saturday, 1st April leaving his late home at 10.20am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Saint Joseph’s Church, Craigbane. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only, donations if wished in lieu to Brainwaves N.I c/o McLaughlin Funeral Directors. Our Lady of knock pray for him.
David Samuel Dinsmore, 3A Macknagh Road, Upperlands
The death has taken place of David Samuel Dinsmore, 28th March 2023, (suddenly) at Antrim Area Hospital, 3A Macknagh Road, Upperlands, dearly loved husband of Gladys and dearest brother of the late Molly and Johnny. House and funeral strictly private. Family flowers only please. Peace Perfect Peace.
William Edward (Eddie) Mailey, Derry
The death has taken place of William Edward (Eddie) Mailey, beloved husband of the late Sarah Patricia (Cyd), loving father of Una, Emmet, Eóin and Stephen, father-in-law of Joe, Catherine and Frances, grandad of Daniel, Joseph, Sarah, Ella, Eve, Tara and the late baby William. Wake in his son Eóin's home, 3, Ardlough Road, Drumahoe, BT47 5SW. Family time from 10.00pm to 10.00am. Remains leaving Eóin's home at 9.00am for Funeral Mass on Saturday, 1st April 2023 in St Columb's Church, Chapel Road at 9.30am followed by burial in the City Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Foyle Hospice c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24a Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry, BT47 3QQ. Dearly loved and be sadly missed by his entire family circle. May he rest in peace.
