Obituaries
The following deaths have occurred:-
(Kevin) Patrick Deighan, 14 Freehall Road, Aghanloo, Limavady
The death has taken place of (Kevin) Patrick Deighan, (peacefully) passed away at his own home, 14 Freehall Road, Aghanloo, Limavady. Much loved husband of the late Elizabeth. Devoted father of Shirley, Bryon, Niall, Caoimha, James and the late Caorlan. Also dear father in law, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Funeral service will be held in his late home on Friday (7th April) at 12noon followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery. Friends and family warmly welcome at his home and funeral service. Will be sadly missed by his entire family circle.
Joan Claudine Jenkins (née Reid), 15 Mobuoy Road, Campsie
The death has occurred of Joan Claudine Jenkins (née Reid), 5th April 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Noel, loving mother of Norman and David, dear mother-in-law of Martina, devoted grandmother of Stephanie, Zoe, Lauren, Aaron, Jessica and Ryan, great-grandmother of Ben, Shea and Jack, a dear sister of the late Elizabeth. A Service of Thanksgiving in her late home, 15 Mobuoy Road, Campsie on Friday, 7th April at 1.30pm followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Friends of Altnagelvin c/o Mr Brian Moran, MDEC Unit, Altnagelvin Hospital, Glenshane Road, Derry, BT47 6AL. Dearly loved and will sadly missed by her entire family circle. The Lord is my Shepherd.
Monica Theresa Magee, formerly of Fortwilliam Terrace, Derry
The death has taken place of Monica Theresa Magee, 4th April 2023, (peacefully) at Brooklands Healthcare Edenballymore Lodge., formerly of Fortwilliam Terrace. Dearly beloved wife of Michael, a loving mother of Malachy, Michael, Gregory, Tracey and the late Gerry. A loving mother-in-law and grandmother. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, 8th April 2023 in Long Tower Chapel at 11.00am followed by burial in Ardmore Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if wished in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer’s Society NI, 30 Skegoneill Street, Belfast BT15 3SL. Monica will be sadly missed by her entire family circle and friends. House Private.
