The following deaths have occurred:-
Roisin Barton (née Keenan), 23 Little Diamond, Derry
The death has occurred of Roisin Barton (née Keenan), 5th July 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and partner, beloved partner of Peter, loving mother of Liam, Sean, Colm, Áine, Seamas and the late Pádraig, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, dear daughter of the late Sean and Nancy, (formerly of St. Columb’s Street), loving sister of Seamus, Nora and the late Sean and Colm. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle and friends. Funeral leaving her home, 23 Little Diamond on Friday, 7th July at 9.20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
Eddie Dillon, Maghera
The death has taken place of Eddie Dillon, 4th July 2023, (suddenly) as a result of an accident, (Maghera & formerly Kilrea) beloved father of Orla, Clare, Aileen; father-in-law of Colum and dear granda of Liam, Eamonn, Cliodhna, Pearse and Dahlia. Son of the late Francis and Philomena and loving brother of Charlie, Seamus, Philomena, Mary, Colette and the late Angela, Dorothy and Jennifer. St. Martin de Porres pray for him. Deeply regretted by Marie and the entire Dillon and O’Hagan family circle. Funeral arrangements will be updated when they become available.
Ann Dunlop (née Hutchinson), 17 Killowen Drive, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of Ann Dunlop (née Hutchinson), 5th July 2023, wife of the late Frank and loving mother of Paul, Kieran, Kathy and Suzanne (Bigmore), daughter of the late Bobby and Veronica and dear sister of Paul and Frances. Funeral from her home, 17 Killowen Drive on Friday, 7th July at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of our Lady of the Assumption via webcam at Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted her sons, daughters, son in law Kevin Bigmore, daughter in law Eavan, grandchildren, nephews, nieces and extended family circle.
