We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Grainne Duffin (née McCorry) (Ballinderry), December 25 2024, beloved wife of Tony and loving mother of Joseph, Seamus (Glenda) and Aoífe (Ronan), daughter of the late James and Mary, sister of Brigid (Corr), Kathleen (Carron), Bernie (Smith), Roisin (Cross), John and Seamus, daughter in law of Teresa and the late Joseph Duffin. Funeral from her home, 23a Bellagherty Road, on Friday, December 27 2024 at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of St Patrick Ballinderry, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughter, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family circle and close friends.
Catherine Farrell (née O’Kane), 21 Homlea Park, Dungiven
We regret to inform you the death has taken place of Catherine Farrell (née O’Kane) peacefully at Foyle Hospice on December 24 2024, may she rest in peace. Late of 21 Homlea Park, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved wife of Tommy. Loving daughter of the late Colm and Eileen R.I.P and dear sister of Robert, John, Colin, Dermot, Caroline, Martha and Nigel. Catherine will be very fondly remembered and missed by her cousins Cathy and Emma Murphy. Deeply regretted by the O’Kane and Farrell family circles. The death has taken place of the late Michael McKeever (Late of Westland Fold, Magherafelt), December 25 2024, beloved son of the late George and Mary, and loving brother of the late John, Charlie, Paddy, Leo, Mary, Brigid and Frances. Removal from McCusker Bros Funeral Home on Thursday, December 26 at 2.30pm for arrival 3.00pm Church of St John Milltown. Requiem Mass on Friday, December 27 at 2.00pm, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing nephews, nieces and extended family circle. Darren McLoone, Derry
The death has occurred of the late Darren McLoone December 22 2024, much loved father of Chloe, Caoimhin, Shea, Kai, Jake, Mason, Darren and Ben, beloved son of Isobel and the late Gerard, dear stepson of Willie McCloskey, loving brother of Christina, Gerard and Victoria and grandson of Maurice and the late Margaret Sewell and the late Peggy and Gen McLoone His remains are reposing in his mother’s home, 90 The Old Fort, Strathfoyle. Funeral from there on Thursday at 10.20am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in St Brigid’s Church, Carnhill. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
