The following deaths have occurred:-
Elizabeth Ann Patricia Alcorn, Mulkeeragh, Terrydremond Road, Limavady
The death has taken place of Elizabeth Ann Patricia Alcorn, (peacefully) passed away at Altnagelvin Hospital on 19th December 2022, formerly of Mulkeeragh, Terrydremond Road, Limavady. Much loved wife of the late George and loving Mother of Harold, Pamela, Isobel, John and James, dear mother in law of Evelyn, Keith and the late Bryan, devoted grandmother of Andrew, Robert, Hannah, Timothy, Jayne and Lynn, also sister of Joe and Roberta. Friends and family welcome at her Daughter Isobel's home,15 Ballyleaghery Road, Limavady. Funeral service will be held in Balteagh Presbyterian Church on Wednesday at 2.00pm followed by burial in adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please donations if desired and cheques payable to Alzheimer's society OR Macular Degeneration Society and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors, 21 Aghanloo Ind Est, Aghanloo Road, Limavady. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her entire family circle.
Richard Geoffrey Charlesson, 6 Clearwater, Derry
The death has taken place of Richard Geoffrey Charlesson, 19th December 2022, (peacefully) at his home, 6 Clearwater. Dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth, loving father of Suzanne, Fiona and Jonathan and father-in-law of Darrell, Tom and Bronwen. A devoted grandfather to six boys. A service of thanksgiving for Richard’s life will be held on Thursday, 22nd December 2022 in Waterside Presbyterian Church at 12noon, followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Richard will be sadly missed by his entire family circle and friends.
Martha Maria (Mari) McIntosh (née Kennedy), 75 Blackrock Road, Kilrea
The death has occurred of Martha Maria (Mari) McIntosh (neé Kennedy), called home 19th December 2022 (peacefully) in the loving tender care of her family, 75 Blackrock Road, Kilrea, dearly beloved wife of Colin, loving and devoted mother of Andrew, Marianne, Sarah, Aaron, Rebekah and William, dear mother-in-law of Lesley, Grant, Ashley, Hannah, Richard and Rebecca, also a much loved granma and dearest sister of James, Gerald and Wilbert. House strictly private. Family and friends welcome in Killykergan Gospel Hall, BT51 4EA on Wednesday from 7.00pm – 9.30pm. Funeral arrangements later. Family flowers only please. The death has taken place of Annabella McNabb (Wright) (Desertmartin), 18th December 2022, formerly Glenburn Park Magherafelt, beloved mother of Ann Nicholas, Paddy and the late Philomena, dear sister of the late Susan Woods, Molly Hovekamp, Gretta Patterson, Jim and Jack. Funeral from McCusker Bros Funeral Home Garden Street Magherafelt on Tuesday, 20th December at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of St Mary Coolcalm via webcam St. Mary’s, Desertmartin - 50 Tobermore Road, Desertmartin, Co. Derry, (churchservices.tv), interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her daughter, son, son in law John, daughter in law Jo, grandchildren, sister and extended family circle.
Phil Stonell, 2 Tarnreagh Park, Foyle Springs, Derry
The death has occurred of Phil Stonell, 18th December 2022, beloved husband of Renee, 2 Tarnreagh Park, Foyle Springs, loving father of Sylvia and step-father of Tracy, father-in-law of Kevin, much loved grandfather of Ava and Peter and dear uncle of Joseph. House private please. Everyone is welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton on Tuesday from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty, on Wednesday at 1.00pm. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. The mass will be streamed live via the church webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
