Peter Justin Bell, 80 Queens Avenue, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of the late Peter Justin Bell (formerly Moneymore / Magherafelt), August 30 2025, beloved son of Declan and Ursula and loving brother of Leona, Feargal, Priscilla, Martin, Joanne, Patrick and the late Teagan-Rose. Funeral from his home 80 Queens Avenue, Magherafelt on Wednesday, September 3 at 10.00am for 11.00am. Requiem Mass in Church of St. John and St. Trea Moneymore via webcam st-john-trea-church-moneymore - MCN. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by his father, mother, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. Family time from 10.00pm to 10.00am.
Ellen (Eileen) Kelly (née Wilson), 36 Glendale Park, Derry
It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Ellen (Eileen) Kelly (née Wilson), peacefully at home on September 1 2025. Late of 36 Glendale Park. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Dinny. Loving mother of May, Denis, Patrick, Christina, Annmarie, John, Deirdre, Damien and Sharon. A much loved grandmother and great-grandmother to all of her grandchildren. Dearest sister of Noel and the late Mickey, Paddy, and Jamsey. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Eileen’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 36 Glendale Park. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 3rd September at 10:20am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Galliagh. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. The wake house will also be private on the morning of the funeral. It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Illona Faye Lawrence, August 30 2025, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, dearly beloved Wife of Jim Conway, 14 Chestnut Grove, Ballymoney and 10 Northland Road, Moneymore, much loved Mother of Laverne (Gavin), Rhonda (William) and the late Christopher (Elaine), a beloved Grandmother and dearest Sister of Addessa and the late Sammy and Robin. All welcome at 14 Chestnut Grove, Ballymoney on Tuesday (September 2), Wednesday (September 3) and Thursday (September 4) from 12 noon - 8:00pm. A Service of Thanksgiving for Illona's Life will take place in First Ballymoney Presbyterian Church on Friday, September 5 at 1:00pm, followed by burial in Castledawson Presbyterian Churchyard (at 2:45pm approx.). The death has taken place of the late Jim Moore, August 31 2025, (peacefully) at hospital, 160 Drumcroon Road, Coleraine, dear beloved husband of the late Rosaleen (Rosie) and dear brother of Margaret, Mabel, Eileen, Rita and the late Annie. Service in Aghadowey Presbyterian Church on Thursday at 12.00noon followed by interment in the adjoining burying ground. Family and friends welcome at Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue on Tuesday between 6.00pm and 9.00pm. Family flowers only please.
