The following deaths have occurred:-
Elizabeth (Beth) Crawford (née Hayes), 34 Buskin Way, Coleraine
The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Beth) Crawford (née Hayes), 11th April 2023, (peacefully) at Causeway Hospital, 34 Buskin Way, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of the late Randall, loving mother of Caroline, Linda and Jacquie, mother-in-law of Tom and the late Lindsay, much loved granny of Mark, Stephen, Hazel, Mollie, Tiga and Valen and great-granny, dear sister of Andrew and the late Phyllis. Family and friends welcome at her daughter Jacquie’s home, 9 Wheatsheaf Park, Coleraine on Wednesday and Thursday from 3.00pm - 8.00pm. Funeral service in Wades Funeral Home on Friday at 11.00am followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Sr. Bridie Dillon (M.S.H.R.), late of Temple Road Dartry, Dublin, and Maghera, Co. Derry
The death has taken place of Sr. Bridie Dillon, Missionary Sister of the Holy Rosary, 11th April 2023, (Late of Temple Road Dartry, Dublin, Maghera, Co. Derry, Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia and US). Predeceased by her parents John and Annie, her siblings Rita, Frank, Maria, Vera and Goretti. Deeply regretted by her Holy Rosary Sisters, her siblings Philomena, Una, Josie, Shelagh, Sue and Martin. Reposing at 48 Temple Rd., Dartry on Wednesday from 2.30pm with Evening Prayer at 4.00pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday in the Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue at 11.00am. followed by burial at Shangannagh Cemetery. The Mass may be viewed on www.beechwoodparish.com.
Pat Doherty, 71 Norburgh Park, Derry
The death has taken place of Pat Doherty, 11th April 2023, (peacefully) at his home, 71 Norburgh Park, beloved husband of Patricia, loving father of Patrick and the late Claire, devoted grandfather of Dillon, dear son of the late Paddy and Bridget, loving brother of Michael, Philomena, Joseph and the late Mary, Anna and Martin. Funeral leaving his home on Thursday, 13th April at 9.20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium at 2.00pm. Family flowers only donations in lieu if wished to Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.
