The death has taken place of Dorothy McBride, 14th November 2023 (peacefully at hospital), late of Portstewart. Funeral Private. Lovingly remembered by all the family.
Elizabeth (Lizzie) McCloskey (née Brady), 33 Gallagh Road, Cargin
The death has taken place of Elizabeth (Lizzie) McCloskey (née Brady) (Cargin), 12th November 2023, dear mother of Brendan, Phelim, Ciara, Séaneen, Mickie, Séon, Brádaigh and the late Adrian, Daughter of the Late Josie Brady and dear sister of Gunner (John), Eamonn, Paddy, Anthony, Marian, Kate, Paula and the late Jim, Michael, Adrian, Paul and Donna. Funeral from 33 Gallagh Road on Thursday at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of the Sacred Heart Cargin, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her husband Séan, daughters, sons, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and extended family circle.
Mary (May) Alexandra McCrea (née Smyth), 31 Dunnalong Road, Magheramason
The death has occurred of Mary (May) Alexandra McCrea (née Smyth), 12th November 2023, peacefully at her home, 31 Dunnalong Road, Magheramason (in the tender loving care of her family in her 91st year) much loved wife of the late Noel, devoted mother of Rosemary, William, Pamela and Graham, loving mother-in-law, adored grandmother, dearest sister of Pearl and Anna. Funeral leaving her late home on Thursday, 16th November at 12noon, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life in Magheramason Presbyterian Church at 12.30pm, burial afterwards in Mountcastle Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Magheramason Presbyterian Church c/o Mr. Leslie Hamilton, 12, Keery Park, Magheramason, Co. Late of 148 Lettershandoney Avenue, Co Derry and formerly of Glengrainne Gardens, Park, Co Derry. Beloved son of the late James and Catherine McElhinney R.I.P (Tamnagh). Loving brother of Bridie and the late John R.I.P and fond brother in law of Noel. Adored by his loving nephews Seamus, Christopher, Michael, Oliver, Niall and niece Mary. Deeply regretted by the wider family circle and his many friends. The death has taken place of Bernadette (Bernie) McKinney,4th November 2023, 7 Westland Crescent, Greysteel, loving mother of Dolan, Gary and Zara and a much loved mother-in-law, grandmother and sister. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale on Wednesday, 15th November 2023 at 10o'clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Marie Mullen (née Burke), 1 Glenshane Park, Draperstown
Marie Mullen (née Burke), 12th November 2023, died suddenly but peacefully at home. Beloved wife of Pat and much loved mother of Tracey and Patricia and son-in-law of Ruairi - devoted grandmother of Kym, Calum and Faye. Daughter of the late Kathleen and John, sister of Mary (O’Boyle), Harry, Brigid (O’Neill), Joe, Rosie (Scullion), Margaret, Eddie, Barney, Theresa (Glass), the late Christopher and Kevin. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, son-in-law, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and extended family circle. Marie is being waked from her home, 1 Glenshane Park, Draperstown. Family time from 12midnight to 10.00am.
