The following deaths have occurred:-
Serafim Rodrigues Barbosa, Derry
The death has occurred of the late Serafim Rodrigues Barbosa, 19th December 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family) dearly beloved Husband of the late Kirstie, devoted Dad of Marc, loving Father-in-Law of Caitlin, adored Granda of Tomas and Meabh and a dear Brother and Uncle. (Funeral arrangements later). Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
Leslie Cunnah, 81 Templegrove, Derry
The death has taken place of Leslie Cunnagh, 18th December 2023, beloved husband of the late Monica (formerly of Clarendon Street) loving father of Peter, Lesley-Ann, Angelique and the late Brendan, a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather, dear brother of Kevin and the late Alan, Lewis and Sylvia and cherished brother-in-law of Phylis. Funeral from his home, 81 Templegrove, on Thursday at 9.20am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Robert John Fulton, 33 Blakes Road, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Robert John Fulton, 19th December 2023, peacefully at hospital. Late of 33 Blakes Road, Coleraine. Dearly loved son of the late Thomas and Edna, loving brother of Mary, brother-in-law of Willis, dear uncle of Laura and William, and great-uncle of Caitline. Funeral Service in his home on Friday at 11.00am followed by interment in Second Dunboe Presbyterian Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Sarah “Sadie” Henigan (née Heaney), The Haven, Cherry Grove, Dungiven

Late of The Haven, Cherry Grove, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved wife of the late Stephen R.I.P and loving mother of Jacqueline and Monica. Devoted grandmother of Joseph. Daughter of the late Molly and Thomas R.I.P and dear sister of the late Tommy, Mary-Joe and Mary-Teresa R.I.P. Anne Hutton (née Bonner), 22 Rossville Street, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Anne Hutton (née Bonner), peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family on 19th December 2023. Late of 22 Rossville Street. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Jackie. Loving mother of Gary, Annemarie, Paul and the late Isobel. A much loved mother-in-law of Eileen and Gary. Devoted nano of Kerry, Jemma, Craig, Courtney, Steve, Holly, Teaghan, Amber, Ciana, Vanessa, Quinn, Rhys, Caleb and Riley. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Anne’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 22 Rossville Street. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday, 21st December at 9.20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of Margaret McAfee (formerly Browne née Walsh), 19th December 2023 (peacefully) at her home, surrounded by her family, 25 Ballyhome Road, Coleraine, much loved mother of Wendy, Mandy, Jacquleine and Graeme, mother-in-law of Don, Kyle, Kevin and Gina, devoted granny of Jack, Tori, Megan, Amy, Myla and Emma and great-granny of Conan. Service in her home on Friday at 1.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. By her own request, no flowers please. Much loved husband of the late Matilda (Tillie) Dear Father of Jim, Andrew and Ann, Father in law of Margaret, devoted grandfather of Lisa (late Jeff), Claire, Great grandfather of Rebecca, Ryan, Sam and Lauren. Funeral service in his son Andrews home, 9 East Road, Limavady on Thursday at 12noon followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery. (All welcome at the funeral) House private close friends and family.
