Sandra Broadbent, 51 Stradowen Drive, Strathfoyle
The death has occurred of Sandra Broadbent, 23rd January 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved partner of Gerry. Loving mother of Tony, Nadia and Lee, a much loved daughter of Alice, dear sister of Noel, and the late Paddy. Deeply regretted by the Duffy family and all the family circle. Wake will commence on Wednesday at 11.00am. Funeral service in her home, 51 Stradowen Drive, Strathfoyle on Thursday at 1.00pm followed by interment in Ballyoan Cemetery. Thomas (Tommy) Church, 42 Beechland Road, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of Thomas (Tommy) Church, 23rd January 2023, (peacefully) at Magherafelt Manor Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family, in his 91st year, dearly beloved Husband of the late Margaret, 42 Beechland Road, Magherafelt, much loved father of Trevor, Elaine, Mervyn and Barbara, a dear father-in-law of Sharon and Thomas, a much adored grandfather and great grandfather and dearest brother of Isobel, May, Daphne, Irene and the late Elizabeth, Kathleen, Sadie, Doreen, Robert, Joseph and George. House private. Family and friends welcome to call. All welcome at D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Wednesday evening, 25th January from 7.00pm - 9.00pm. Funeral from his home on Thursday, 26th January at 1.30pm to Calvary Free Presbyterian Church for service at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Anthony (Tony) Doherty, 89 Dunboyne Park, Eglinton
The death has taken place of Anthony (Tony) Doherty, 23rd January 2023, beloved husband of the late Carole, 89 Dunboyne Park, Eglinton, loving father of Gillian and dear father-in-law of Billy. Anthony’s remains will be reposing in his home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12.00pm – 9.00pm. Funeral service in his home on Thursday at 2.00pm. The death has taken place of Denis (Dinny) McGinley, 24th January 2023, (peacefully) at his home, 62 Rosemount Gardens, (formerly of Limewood Street), beloved husband of Catherine, loving father of Denis, Sharon, Caroline and Thomas, a devoted grandfather and great grandfather, dear son of the late John and Winnie, loving brother of Tish, Brian, Betty and the late Patsy, Gay, Sally, Willie, Jim, Mary, Charlie, Aggie, Annie, Sonny And Jackie. Funeral leaving his home on Friday, 27th January at 11.50am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes Intercede for him.
