It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Baby Stefanie Ferris, January 27 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved daughter of Stefan Ferris and Rachel McGillloway. Loving sister of Luca, Saorlaith, and Stofra. Deeply regretted by her grandparents Roseanne. Joseph, Debbie, Gerard, Daniel and Christopher, her aunts and uncles and all the family circle. Adrian Healey, 6 Tivoli Park, Derry
It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Adrian Healey, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on January 28 2025. Late of 6 Tivoli Park and formerly of 57 Cable Street. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of Cathy. Devoted father of Emma, Kieran, Joanne and Catherine. Dearest father-in-law of Ciaran and Jason. Loving granda of Caitlin, Daniel, Lauren, Ryan, Aidan and Sam. A much loved brother to all of his brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Adrian’s remains will be reposing at his daughter Catherine’s residence, 43 Whitehill Park, Muff from 11.00am today (Wednesday, January 29). Funeral leaving from there on Thursday, January 30 at 9:15am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Norman McCauley, 53 Laurel Hill Road, Coleraine
The death has occurred of the late Norman McCauley, January 26 2025, (peacefully) at Hospital, late of 53 Laurel Hill Road, Coleraine, dearly beloved husband of the late Jean, loving father of Sharon, father-in-law of Ian, much loved granda of Aimee and her partner Khalid and great-granda of Maya. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Friday at 12.00noon followed by a private family cremation. No flowers please. The death has taken place of the late Samuel (Louis) McFarland, passed away peacefully at his own home, 226 Ballyquin Road, Limavady surrounded by his loving family. Late of 100 Gelvin Road, Ballymacallion, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved son of Linda (née Brolly) and Patrick Joseph R.I.P. Loving brother of Patricia, Mary Kay, Eileen and Carmel. Deeply regretted by his nephews, grand niece and brothers in law. Reposing at his late home. Family time 10.00pm to 11.00am. Maura Riordan (née McCormack), Magherafelt (formerly Belfast)
The death has occurred of the late Maura Riordan (née McCormack), January 27 2025, beloved wife of the late Paul and loving mother of Ivor, dear sister of Una (McCorry), Anne (Ball) and the late Fr. Jim, Brendan and Michael. Removal from her sister Una's home, 14 Coolshinney Park on Thursday, January 30 at 10.15am arriving Church of Our Lady of the Assumption Magherafelt for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St. John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Fondly remembered by her son, daughter in law Clarissa, grandchildren Emma and Matthew, great grandchildren Sam and Joshua, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. The wake for Maura will commence at 11.00am on Wednesday, January 29 until 10.00pm. Family only on the morning of the funeral.
