Derry man breached bail conditions one day after his release

Judge released Dean Robinson with a final warning
A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with breaching his bail conditions one day after being released.
Dean Robinson (30) of London Street in Derry was charged with the offences that took place on February 10.
He had previously been released with two bail conditions, that he has no contact with his former partner and he inform the police if she were to get in contact with him.
The court heard that police were called to the scene of a domestic incident and found Robinson and his former partner in the communal area of his place of residence.
Bail was opposed as police did not believe he would obey his conditions.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley said that this was a 'discreet breach', saying that Robinson's former partner had come to his flat intoxicated.
He told how Robinson asked her to leave but she refused. He also said that Robinson knows he should have rang the police and regrets not doing so.
Deputy District Judge Liam McStay released him with a final warning and he will appear again on February 29.
