Derry man facing series of drugs charges returned for trial

A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
Conor Anthony Clarke (27) of Woodland Avenue in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He faced a total of 10 drug related charges including being concerned in the supply of cannabis, ketamine and pregablin on dates between December 6, 2021 and January 7, 2022.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Clarke said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on November 11 and released on bail.
