Derry shoplifter banned from every Spar and Eurospar in Northern Ireland

Man faces strict retail restrictions ahead of his formal sentencing next month.
A man who has bail conditions banning him from entering any Spar or Eurospar shop in the North will be sentenced on August 12.
David McKinney (36) of Lisnagowan Court in Derry admitted three different charges of theft of alcohol from a Eurospar shop on March 7, May 3 and May 15 this year.
A pre-sentence report was ordered and McKinney will be sentenced on August 12.
He was released on continuing bail and the court heard that one of the conditions of that bail was that he does not enter any Spar or Eurospar shops anywhere in the North.
That condition remains in place.
