Shannon Smith (27) of Foyle Road in Derry admitted one charge of disorderly behaviour on September 13 2025
A woman has been given a suspended sentence at Derry Magistrate's Court for disorderly behaviour in the city centre.
Shannon Smith (27) of Foyle Road in Derry admitted one charge of disorderly behaviour on September 13 2025.
The court heard that at around 5.45pm police attended at a Strand Road where Smith was 'shouting' in the road.
She was asked by police to move on and she started to walk away then turned and shouted for police to 'go f--k yourself' and was arrested.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott said the offending was of a low level and that his client had issues with alcohol and had no recollection of this incident.
