Derry woman Susana feeling fit and fabulous at fifty
Susana has made it a lifestyle change through her household so it makes it easier for everyone
Susana Ortega Nutt joined Slimming World with her friends on 19th of March, losing a stone in seven weeks and then continuing on her journey picking up her Club 10 award on week 13.
Club 10 is where you have lost 10% of your first day weigh-in and Susana was feeling fantastic that day then going on to lose another 2.5lb the following week and achieving her 1 1/2 stone award for going on her holidays the next week.
Returning from holidays and getting stuck back in 100% Susana lost another 5lb bringer her closer to target.and on week 20 Susana became a target member 6th august of 1st 11.5 lbs lighter and has maintained her loss beautifully since then even through the Christmas festivities Susana was blown away by how easy it was to manage her new Slim for Life weight.
Susana has made it a lifestyle change through her household so it makes it easier for everyone. Her family loves the Slimming World tikka masala.
Susana loves chocolate, so she finds the hifi bats available in group are her saving grace.
