The Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Cllr Ruairí McHugh enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at his Easter Tea Dance in St Davog’s GAC, Aghyaran raising money for his two chosen charities.
The Easter Tea Dance, which took place on Wednesday, April 8, was part of Mayor McHugh’s series of Tea Dances throughout his year in office to raise vital funds for PIPS Charity and Castlederg Patient Comfort and Terminally Ill Fund.
The event saw a fantastic turnout and a warm, lively atmosphere throughout, with many familiar faces coming together to enjoy an afternoon of music, dancing, and great company. Entertainment was provided by Legacy, who proved hugely popular and kept the dance floor full from the start to finish.
