Foyle DUP MLA Gary Middleton has expressed his anger at the three month suspension given to Sinn Fein West Tyrone MP Barry McElduff.

Mr McElduff has been suspended from his party after posting a video on Twitter with a loaf of Kingsmill bread on his head on the anniversary of the Kingsmill Massacre.

10 Protestant workmen were killed in the massacre which took place on January 5th 1976.

Mr Middleton said: "So McElduff gets a three month suspension from a job that he already refuses to do.

"Total disrespect to victims of terrorism and a complete failure from the Sinn Fein leadership to stand up to sectarianism and bigotry."
