Bunscoil Cholmcille Rang 7 recently had their Leaver’s mass and in Our Lady of Lourdes chapel in Steelstown. Afterwards they were presented with a ‘Bunscoil Cholmcille Class of 2022/23 hoodie. They were also presented with their Fáinne Airgid (Silver Fáinne). The ‘Fáinne’ is awarded to pupils who are competent in spoken Irish and it makes other people aware that they can speak Irish to them. Well done Rang 7. Also in the photograph is a beautiful piece of artwork created and gifted by one of the Rang 7 parents, a dove with the Rang 7 pupils’ signatures around the edge. Galánta
