JOB OF THE DAY: 'Popular' hotel in Derry seeking a receptionist on a permanent basis

Reactive Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Hotel Receptionist for a 'popular' hotel in Derry on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate would be working shifts, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Salary is negotiable.

Duties will include answering calls, responding to emails and dealing with any customer queries, taking bookings and checking guests in/out, providing excellent customer service at all times and informing guests of all available facilities and services.

Essential Criteria in applying for the role includes 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English and previous experience working in a hotel environment and reception experience.
