JOB OF THE DAY: Walled City Brewery seeking Chef De Partie

The Walled City Brewery is currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie.

The role is for 3o hours a week with the salary 'negotiable depending on experience'.

Duties for the role include '-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality, managing and training any demi-chef de parties' or commis working with you, helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus, ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety and monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Previous chef experience is essential and catering qualifications will be of added benefit.
