Two of the Chill off-licences are on the Culmore Road, one at Da Vincis and the other at the Magnet.

The other three off-licences are at the Hatmore shopping centre, Racecourse Road and the Buncrana Road.

Mr. O'Doherty was not legally represented in court when the unopposed application was granted by District Judge Suzanne Rice.
