Limavady woman stole clothes and tea set from charity shop
A Judge sentencing a 28-year-old woman who stole clothing and a tea set from a charity shop has warned her to ‘stay out of trouble’.
Dawn Robinson of Glenbeg Walk, Limavady, pleaded guilty at Derry Magistrates Court charged to two counts of theft.
The offences took place on August 17, 2013.
Steven Mooney, defence solicitor, said that Robinson had since served time on licence but that was not affected by these offences.
He added that she now lives in Dungannon and these matters had ‘only resurfaced now’.
Mr Mooney said that Robinson had since cut ties with her co-accused who was a ‘very nefarious’ influence on her.
District Judge Desmond Perry warned her to ‘keep out of trouble’ and gave her an 18 month conditional discharge.
