Local man who admitted being disorderly during Saturday's Apprentice Boys' march in Derry banned from all parades and bonfires

A man who admitted being disorderly during Saturday's Apprentice Boys parade has been banned from all parades and bonfires.
Kyle Moore (25) of Glengiven Avenue in Limavady admitted being disorderly on August 11 in Glendermott Road in Derry.
He also admitted possessing cannabis and diazepam on August 11 and 12.
Defence solicitor Mr Keith Kyle said his client was already facing other charges relating to parade type activity.
It was suggested that the present case be adjourned to link up with that case.
A police officer said police would agree to bail as long as Moore was not permitted near any parades or bonfires.
District Judge Barney McElholm said that Moore was at 'grave risk of an immediate custodial sentence'.
He released him on bail on condition he abstain from alcohol, and he does not participate or attend or go within 500 metres of any parade, March or bonfire. He must also observe a curfew from 8pm until 7am.
A pre-sentence report was ordered and the case was adjourned until September 21.
