A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a number of drug charges following a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrates Court.
The man, who was granted anonymity, was charged with attempted possession of and offering to supply cannabis between August 23 and October 28, 2020.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
He chose not so call any witnesses and not to submit any statements.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on November 12.
