A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on charges of sexual assault and voyeurism following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrates' Court.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the alleged victim, was charged with the offences that were said to have occurred between June 24 2024 and July 7 2024.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man chose not to submit any statements and not to call any witnesses.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on May 7 and released on bail.
