A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on drug charges.
Dylan Lockhart (28) of Beraghvale in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court.
He was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis on dates between January 1, 2022 and August 3, 2023.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Lockhart said he did not wish to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on January 24 and remanded in custody.
