A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of assault and a threat to kill charge.
Michael Patrick Duffy (39) of Fern Park in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He was charged with criminal damage to a mobile phone on July 17 2023.
He was also charged with assaulting two females on the same date and making a threat to kill one of them.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Duffy said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on April 25 and released on bail.
