Man who admitted a charge of harassment against a female fined £750

A man who admitted a charge of harassment against a female has been fined £750 at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
Conor Lees (25) of Gelvin Grange in Derry admitted one charge of harassment against the female over a period from March 13 until May 7 this year.
The court heard that there were two similar charges but the court dismissed them due to duplication.
Defence counsel Michael Donaghey said that his client 'had not denied the undeniable'.
He said since being interviewed in connection with this offence there had been no re-offending.
Lees was fined £750 and a Restraining Order for a period of three years was imposed prohibiting him from having any contact with the injured party in the case.
