Newry man charged with causing grievous bodily injury to a female by dangerous driving in County Derry

A man has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court today charged with causing grievous bodily injury to a female by dangerous driving.
Timothy Wackett (24) of Head Road in Annalong was charged with causing GBI by dangerous driving on the Glenshane Road on March 25.
He was also charged with driving while unfit through drink or drugs on the same date also on the Glenshane Road on the same date.
A police officer connected the accused to the charges.
He was released on bail to appear again on October 25 at Magherafelt Court.
