Prayers being offered for Ballinderry GAA star

Prayers are being said for Ballinderry footballer Aaron Devlin (pictured) who is seriously ill in hospital. His club has received messages of support online since news emerged of Aaron's illness this morning.

Devlin has also represented Derry at minor and senior level, and has won four senior championship titles with the Shamrocks.

Ballinderry Shamrocks chairman Stephen McGeehan tweeted: "Very worrying morn for community and for Devlin family especially. All messages from other clubs appreciated. Stay strong Aaron."
