PSNI's Serious Crime Branch carry out search in Foreglen area in connection with security alert in February
Nothing was found during today's search however the PSNI have vowed to continue their work in the area to keep people safe
Detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch carried out a search in the Foreglen Road area of Dungiven today, Saturday, May 4.
The search was in connection with a three-day security alert in Dungiven which ended on Monday, February 26.
Speaking afterwards, Detective Inspector Dane said: “On this occasion, nothing was found. We thank the local community for their patience and cooperation as we continue our work in the area to keep people safe.”
