A sixteen year old has appeared in Derry Magistrates Court charged with stealing from Fraser's.
The youth, who cannot be named, was charged with, on October 17, stealing £500 worth of t-shirts from Fraser's after previously appearing in court that morning on other theft charges.
When police recovered the t-shirts, they were deemed unfit for resale as the tags had been forcibly removed.
As part of his bail conditions he was ordered to stay away from any non-pharmaceutical shops in Derry and the case was adjourned until November 7.
