Traffic delays expected as Foyle Pride parade due to take place this afternoon

Motorists are being advised to plan their journeys when travelling around Derry's city centre today.

The annual Foyle Pride parade takes place this afternoon, from 2-3pm.

Leaving Waterside Train Station, the parade crosses the top deck (city bound) of Craigavon Bridge onto Carlisle Road, into The Diamond, down Shipquay Street and into Guildhall Square.

"Officers will be deployed to manage traffic," a PSNI spokesperson said.
