Two men have been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
Christopher Boast (36) of Gelvin Grange and Tadeusz Olejniczak (41) of Harty Court both in Derry appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at the local Magistrates’ Court today.
They were both charged with five counts of being concerned in the supply of class C drugs on dates between May 1, 2021 and March 11, 2025.
Boast was charged with 14 charges of possessing class C drugs with intent to supply on March 11, 2025.
Olejniczak was also charged with three courts of possessing class C drugs with intent to supply on March 11, 2025.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Neither man said they wished to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage. They were both returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on July 3 and released on bail.
