Cian, P5 There are a lot of people in the school and they are very friendly. We have different clubs after school, as well as our Friday Football League. I am on the School Council and we talk about how we can get everyone involved in the activities in St Eithne’s. We want your photos to feature on the website via our Camera Club. Do you have a great photo from life in the locality? Whether it’s a party, wedding, communion, landscape, a quirky shot from your archives, or a simple everyday moment, we want your snapshots. We are inviting people to share photos that capture the spirit of the county. From special occasions to quieter moments, your pictures help tell the story of everyday life in our community. To submit: Go to the Camera Club page and follow the instructions to upload your photo. Include your name, where it was taken, and a short caption if you can.  Your photo could be featured on our website and newspaper and seen by readers across the county and beyond.  TAP HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PICTURES TODAYplaceholder image

The students of St Eithne's Primary School tell The Derry News what their favourite thing is about the school and what they would say to encourage a friend to come to the school

Beth, P6 My favourite thing about St Eithne’s is that they help me with Sign Language and I think people should come here because it is a fantastic school.

Rogan, P6 My favourite thing about St Eithne’s is that we have the play parks for the younger children and the older children. I also like the school productions, with the choir in it as well. We have done Matilda, Moana, Cinderella and The Little Mermaid.
