Weather: Sunshine after fog clears

Mist and fog will just slowly clear though the morning, to leave a dry day today with some nice sunshine for a time, though cloud will increase in western parts later on.

Highest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees in mostly light breezes, becoming moderate to fresh southerly later in the day in western parts.
