Dominic and the ferry crew would like to wish the crew a happy and peaceful Easter, we really appreciate all the time these volunteers give to saving lives at sea.’
Lifeboat coxswain Jimmy Early said:
“On behalf of the crew I would like to thank Dominic and his crew on the ferry for this very thoughtful gesture, also thanks to Rosemary for the special delivery.
“We will try to save the eggs for Easter Sunday but the temptation to tuck in right away may win out.
“We would like to wish everybody a happy and safe Easter and urge people to be familiar with the Coast Guard, RNLI and Water Safety Ireland Easter safety message’.
