A Ballybofey convenience store will be put on sale by public auction next month.
Boland's Centra on Navenny Street has been in the present ownership for over 25 years.
The shop will go under the hammer, as a going by public auction on March 20, the Henry Kee & Son Estate Agency has announced.
The public auction will be held at 2.30pm on March 20, 2024 at the Villa Hose Hotel - unless the property is previously sold.
The property extends to approximately 3,600 square feet and is described as being in a 'prime, highly accessible, town edge location' with the business itself a 'substantial and thriving convenience store'.
The business has been independently owned and managed for over 25 years and the estate agent says that strong certified turnover figures are available.
“This sale represents an excellent opportunity to continue an already prospering business with the turn of a key,” the estate agent said.
“This property is offered for sale by auction; the successful bidder is required to pay a 10% deposit and contracts will be signed immediately on acceptance."
