Ballyshannon house ransacked in the early hours
An Garda Síochána are of the understanding that entry was gained through an unlocked door
An Garda Síochána are seeking information regarding the ransacking of a house in Ballyshannon in the early hours.
Gardaí say a burglary occurred at Ardmore Court, Main Street, Ballyshannon on Wednesday, October 28, between 4.20pm and 8pm.
“Entry was gained to a house in that area through an unlocked front door,” they say.
“The house was ransacked but it is not believed that anything was stolen from within it.
“We appeal to anyone who may have observed any suspicious activity in that area between those times to contact Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530. If anyone travelled in that area with a dash-cam between those times, we ask them to make the footage available to us.”
