Cara House Family Resource Centre is lighting up green this month in recognition of Green Ribbon Month, an international symbol of mental health awareness.
"Wearing a green ribbon in September is a simple yet powerful way to show your support," Cara House, who are based at Pearse Road, Letterkenny, posted.
"The Green Ribbon Campaign, led by Shine, is a vital opportunity to challenge stigma and promote open conversations around mental health in Ireland. Why not drop by Cara House for a friendly cup of tea and pick up your free green ribbon or wristband?"
