Anne Mary McKendry (née McCrory), Glasgow and formerly of Ballindrait, Lifford

The death has occurred of Anne Mary McKendry (née McCrory), Glasgow and formerly of Ballindrait, Lifford. She passed away peacefully at the Prince & Princes of Wales Hospice, Glasgow on November 22, 2022. Beloved wife of Danny, a much-loved mum of Danny, loving mother-in-law to Roslynn and a much loved granny of Séamus and Brigid Rose. Fortified by the rites of the Holy Mother Church R.I.P.

Evening Reception at St. Bridget’s R.C. Church, Eaglesham on Monday, November 28 at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday,  at 10am and thereafter to Eaglesham Cemetery.

Kathleen Geraldine Curran, 31 Willowbrook, Glencar, Letterkenny

The death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Kathleen Geraldine Curran, 31 Willowbrook, Glencar, Letterkenny.

Predeceased by her daughter Nicola and partner Padraic.

Much-loved mother of Denise and Liam.

House private, please.

Cremation will take place in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan on Wednesday, November 30.

Mary McLaughlin, High Glen, Carrigart

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Mary McLaughlin, High Glen, Carrigart.

Her remains will repose at her late residence from 7pm this evening, Monday.

Funeral from there on Wednesday going to the Church of St John the Baptist for Requiem Mass at 1pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Mark McDaid (Ned), Cherry Avenue, Carndonagh

The death has taken place of Mark McDaid (Ned), Cherry Avenue, Carndonagh. Mark will repose at his mum and dad’s home, Neshie and Bernie Neds Templemoyle, Culdaff.

Mark’s remains will arrive in Muff tonight, Monday, November 28 at approximately 10:30pm.

House private tonight, Monday.

You may pay your respects tomorrow, Tuesday November 29th from 11am to 11pm and on Wednesday from 11am to 11pm.

Kathleen Cassidy, Coughlan Avenue, Frosses

The death has occurred of Kathleen Cassidy, Coughlan Avenue, Frosses. Predeceased by her husband Paddy.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her Daughters, Caroline, Margarite and Kathy, sons-in-law Maurice and Tomás, her grandchildren, great grandchild, neighbours and friends.

Remains will be reposing at Gallaghers Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles on Tuesday, November 29, from 4pm until 8pm, followed by private removal to her late residence.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday, November 30, in the Church of the blessed Virgin Mary Frosses at 11am, with burial afterwards in Mountcharles churchyard. House private please.

Neil Doherty (Roe), Glengollan House, Railway Road, Buncrana

The sudden death has taken place in Glasgow, Scotland of Neil Doherty (Roe), Glengollan House, Railway Road, Buncrana.

Son of the late John and Maureen Doherty (Roe), dear father of  Sophie and brother of Marie, Charlie, John Peter, Philip, Paul, Eddie and the late Tommy.

Funeral arrangements will be confirmed later.

Danny Wilson, Lusticle, Carrigans

The peaceful passing has occurred, at his home in the care of his loving family, of Danny Wilson, Lusticle, Carrigans formerly Craighadoes, St Johnston. Lovingly missed by his wife Kathleen, daughter Meg and son-in-law Mark, beloved grandchildren, Oísin, Charlie and Cora. His sister Sally McKeever, sister-in-law Patricia Boyce. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Danny was predeceased by his brothers and sisters Thomas, Kathleen Gallagher, Robert, and Lily (Elizabeth).

Danny will be reposing at his late residence on Monday. Rosary at 8pm.

Funeral from Lusticle, Carrigans, on Tuesday morning at 10.30am going to St Baithin’s Church, St Johnston, for 11am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Friends of Lifford Hospital Fund c/o any family member or Kelly’s Funeral Directors Oakfield, Raphoe.

Caitlin Strain, Ballyderowen, Burnfoot

The death has occurred of Caitlin Strain, Ballyderowen, Burnfoot.

Caitlin, 9 years old, passed away peacefully in the company of her loving family at Letterkenny University Hospital.

Deeply missed by her heartbroken parents Thomas and Eimear, her loving sisters Maria, Danielle and Laura and her loving brother Michael.

She will be sadly missed by her grandparents Monica Gibson and Ann Strain, and her uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her late residence. Removal from her home on Tuesday morning, November 29 at 10.15am to St Aengus' Church, Burt for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by interment in St Mura's Cemetery, Fahan. The Requiem Mass can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/burt

Patrick Joseph Moss (Patsy), formerly of Cronalaughy, Crossroads, Killygordon

The death has occurred in London of Patrick Joseph Moss (known as Patsy), formerly of Cronalaughy, Crossroads, Killygordon.

Son of the late Eddie and Mary-Ellen Moss. The funeral will take place in London at a date to be confirmed

Josephine Mary Gallagher, (née O'Reilly), Drumacrin, Bundoran

The death has occurred of Josephine Mary Gallagher, (née O'Reilly), Drumacrin, Bundoran. She passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda following a short illness.

Predeceased by her husband Vincent and son Con. Missed by her loving children Marius, Roma, Barry, Eileen, Dermot, Tara, Patrick and Rory, her brother, Donal and sister, Eileen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Remains will be reposing at Breslin’s Funeral home, West End Bundoran, on Monday, November 28, from 3pm until 7pm.

Removal from there on Tuesday, November 29, going to the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Bundoran, for 11am Funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in Frosses Churchyard.
