Donegal gardaí use stinger device to halt wayward driver
;The driver failed to stop and proceeded to drive in a dangerous manner for a distance,' An Garda Siochana posted. 'A stinger device was successfully deployed by Buncrana Roads Policing Unit and the van was brought to a halt'
A driver will face a court appearance after An Garda Siochana in Inishowen were forced to use a stinger device after the car failed to stop and continued in “a dangerous manner.”
Buncrana Gardaí were on patrol this week when they signalled for a van to stop in the Carndonagh area.
