An unaccompanied learner driver was arrested in Donegal on Wednesday night.
Milford Roads Policing Unit arrested the driver on suspicion of drink driving in the Gaoth Dobhair area.
The vehicle was also seized as it was missing tax, NCT and insurance.
An Garda Síochána Donegal shared: “Court proceedings and Fixed Charge Penalty Notices will follow. Stop taking risks on the roads. Stop risking lives.”
