A Falcarragh woman was caught in possession of cocaine after being taken to a Garda Station.
The case of Carolanne Collum was before Letterkenny District Court.
The 29-year-old, of Begley View, Falcarragh was charged after an incident on August 25, 2024.
Sergeant Jim Collins told the court that at 9.37pm, having been brought back to Letterkenny Garda Station, during the course of a search three small bags were located.
The bags contained a white powder which was confirmed to be cocaine.
The value of the drugs was €140, the court was informed.
Sergeant Collins said that Collum made full admissions.
“The facts speak for themselves,” solicitor Mr Patsy Gallagher said.
Judge Emile Daly said that Collum - who was not present in court - could avoid a conviction if she makes a €400 donation to the Donegal Hospice.
A default order of a conviction and a €750 fine, was made by Judge Daly.
