Along with her family, neighbours and friends, Mary, who reached the milestone on March 28, watched on as Daniel O’Donnell sent a birthday message by video.
Mass was celebrated by Fr Seamus Meehan, who also presented Mary with a gift on behalf of the State.
Mary was one of the founding members of the Meenacross chapel choir and was delighted to join in with some lovely hymns on the day.
Bernadette Brennan presented Mary with a beautiful cake on behalf of the choir. The Meenacross band also played a few tunes for her, and special word of appreciation was returned to the staff of the Dungloe Community hospital, who made Mary’s day a special one, with Ann Moy taking photographs.
